Innovation competition

Annual event

We are currently working on an annual innovation competition where secondary education students, both with and without disabilities, will collaborate to develop ideas on how to improve accessibility from their unique perspectives.

Promoting inclusive environments

This initiative aims to nurture a school environment of mutual learning between students. Through co-creation across abilities within the classroom, the innovation competition aims to spark insightful conversation on solutions needed for a more accessible environment. 

Judging and support

A panel of academics, industry professionals, and IT companies will be assembled to judge the competition. The committee will provide students with feedback and guidance to help them refine their ideas and explore potential pathways to turn them into commercial products or patents.

Mutual learning and collaborative problem-solving

The competition aims to familiarize students with accessibility issues and cultivate their skills in innovation and problem-solving.
